Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: September 20, 2026
The Proposed Afro Collective Federal Credit Union is committed to making ZUFC.org accessible and welcoming to all members of our community, including people with disabilities.
As we build a proposed financial institution intended to serve African immigrant communities and their families across the United States, we believe access to information about our mission, chartering process, community participation, and future services should be available to everyone.

Our Commitment to Accessibility
We are working to make ZUFC.org accessible to the widest possible audience and to provide a positive online experience for visitors using different devices and assistive technologies.
Our goal is to improve the accessibility and usability of the website in alignment with generally recognized web accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we will continue reviewing and improving the website as the Proposed Afro Collective Federal Credit Union develops.
Accessibility Features and Improvements
We strive to design and maintain ZUFC.org so visitors can more easily navigate, understand, and interact with its content. Our accessibility efforts may include:

  • Providing alternative text for meaningful images and graphics

  • Maintaining logical heading and page structures

  • Supporting keyboard navigation where possible

  • Using readable fonts and appropriate text sizing

  • Maintaining sufficient contrast between text and backgrounds

  • Providing descriptive labels for website forms and fields

  • Using descriptive link text where practical

  • Making website content usable across desktop and mobile devices

  • Reviewing new website content for accessibility as the site develops

We also seek to make important information available in alternative formats when reasonably possible.

Third-Party Content and Services
ZUFC.org may contain links to or integrate content, forms, payment services, social media platforms, or other services operated by third parties.
While we strive to select services that support a positive and accessible user experience, we may not have direct control over the accessibility of third-party websites, applications, or content.
If you experience an accessibility issue with third-party content accessed through our website, please let us know. Where reasonably possible, we will help identify an alternative way to access the relevant information.
Need Assistance?
If you have difficulty accessing information on ZUFC.org, completing a form or survey, or using any feature of the website because of a disability, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information you need in an accessible alternative format or assist you in accessing the applicable resource.
